- Prescription Diet™ i/d™ dog food is formulated to meet the needs of patients with exocrine pancreatic insufficiency and other conditions resulting in maldigestion and/or malabsorption.
- For optimal recovery from acute GI disease, recommend feeding this food for at least 7 days (1-2 weeks for acute cases, 3-12 weeks for maldigestion or long-term as needed).

- Gradually transition to the new food over a 7 day period.
- In acute diarrhoea, feed without transition and divide in small frequent meals (3-6 times daily).
